The Simplest Ways to Make the Best of Morning Routine to Get Fits...

Follow this routine for 30 days continuously, if you don’t find yourself getting better

>7.5 hours of sleep every night
Routine
  • Wake up at least 3 hours before the time you go to work.
    • It helps you to start the day calm with no rush
    • It sets up the time for your morning ritual
  • Do not grab your smart devices for the first two hours at least.
    • For most of us the answer to this question,
      “What’s the first thing you do when you get out of bed each morning?” - is the same “Checking our smartphones”, we know that our emails, social media notifications, and everything can wait. Spend a quality time with just yourself at starting the day. Strictly Avoid using smartphones the first thing in the morning.
    • Smartphones are energy drainers
  • Start the day with two cups of water in empty stomach.
    • Flushes your bowel
    • Release toxins from the body

    • Re-hydrates the body
  • Stretch and warm up session for 20 minutes
    • Stretching relaxes the muscles
    • Reduces pain and chances of injuries
